You answer a short intake online. From it we prepare your written Civilian Mission Plan with a 30/60/90-day roadmap: your civilian direction, your military experience in plain civilian language, and your career, education, certification and business options compared. Aren't there free programs?
Yes, and many are excellent. Hire Heroes USA, American Corporate Partners and the VA's transition programs are worth using. After The Uniform is different: one person, live, working on your plan with you, and a written roadmap you keep. Many veterans use both.
Is this online?
Yes. Sessions are live by video or phone, so you can join from anywhere.
What this is not
After The Uniform provides coaching, transition planning, skills translation, career guidance and resource navigation. It does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial or tax advice, and it does not handle VA claims.
